Over the years we have been lucky to travel to many places around the world.  One of the great joys for us is sampling the food and wine of each place we visit.  We try to do this as authentically as possible, with very few exceptions it is always a delight!  The following menus are inspired by places we have visited and particularly loved.

POULET POUZOU - for example, is a dish we enjoyed at an ancient water mill in the Charente region of France. The water mill is still working - as you can see whilst dining, afterwards you can enjoy a swim.

MASCHARI STIFADO - is inspired by a resturant in Crete.  A beautiful villa built during the venetial occupation centuries before, where you dine in a candle lit courtyard amongst huge pots of herbs.

RISOTTO FONTE CESIA -  we enjoyed at the hotel of that nane in Umbria.  The restaurant has a roof terrace, we sat and watched the performers of the arts festival in the streets below.  It was a true indulgence, we both hope you enjoy as much as we did.
