Champagne Lunch: -  New menu for 2010.   After enjoying a glass of Pimm’s, sit down to a delightful 2 course lunch designed and prepared by John. This will be served on the upper terrace overlooking the garden. (weather permitting) Only fine quality ingredients are used - local whenever possible, served on white china, accompanied by my favourite white champagne.  Gourmet lunches: -     After a champagne reception, sit back and watch as John creates your speciality lunch. Imparting lots of tips along the way.  These three course lunches are inspired by fabulous meals we have enjoyed on our travels. Includes a recipe card for you to take home.  Parties of 10+. Dates by arrangement. £45

Vivienne Westwood Lunches: -   As some of you may know I am lucky enough to own one of the worlds largest collections by Britain’s most celebrated designer. After lunch sit back and enjoy a presentation of my favourite items, including clothes, shoes, jewellery, accessories and tableware spanning the last three decades.  Many of the pieces come with an anecdote or humorous story to entertain you.  ( Please note the collection is now kept at two storage sites, NOT at the house.)

Flower lunches: -    After enjoying our classic champagne lunch, sit back and enjoy a delicious glass of Pimm’s whilst I create three designs inspired by summer in the garden. Dates by arrangement. Parties of 10+ only.

Buffet lunch: -    I deal for those who prefer a more casual dining experience.  Help yourself to a savoury selection from our home made buffet freshly prepared by John. Finish off with a scrumptious dessert. Served with white and red wine.

Afternoon Tea: -   Quite bad for the hips!   A selection of sumptuous sandwiches, followed by fabulous home made scones served with jam, whipped cream and strawberries.  A selection of naughty cakes completes the calorie count!.

Evening Dinner: -  New for 2010 -  Summer evenings are one of our favourite  times in the garden.  When you arrive reception drinks will be served on the terrace.  This will be followed by a three course dinner accompanied by red and white wine.  As twilight falls the garden will be lit with a selection of lanterns.

Private Parties: -   If you have a party of 10 or more people, why not arrange a date to suit yourselves.  Any of the above events can be arranged around your date and requirements.  Also the garden is a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or special event.

Christmas Lunch or Dinner with Carl and John: -    We are once again inviting you to join us at this special time of year. The garden will be lit with white lights and feature  a large festive tree on the terrace.  The house will be decorated for the yuletide season.  After Winter Pimm’s a sumptuous lunch will be served, later relax in the candlelight glow and watch the sparkling lights outside.  We have included three dates in our diary, but this is a great time for a private party.

Carl Wilde: -   The TV Years.   For ten years I did a great deal of television work, many of you may have seen me on “This Morning”, but I did lots of other shows too! After lunch sit back with a glass of Pimm’s and listen to how I got into TV, why I left and lots in-between, Behind the scenes gossip - people I met - the truth about some very well known personalities. Guaranteed to be libellous - allegedly!

DVD : -   To celebrate my silver anniversary I am releasing a DVD.  This will show you how to create some of my favourite designs.
